Timi had his university education at the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, where he distinguished himself academically. He graduated as the Best Student in Labour Law (2016/2017) and was a highly active member of the university community. In 2017, he was awarded the OAU Student Celebrity of the Year.
In 2018, Timi was called to the Nigerian Bar after graduating with a First-Class degree from the Nigerian Law School. His excellence earned him the Director General’s Prize for First Class Students and the Award of Academic Excellence from the Nigerian Law School.
